Lobby Reopening June 1st. Required Safety Guidelines

Dear Members,

We look forward to opening up our lobby doors to you once again starting on June 1st. We will follow our normal business hours during this time excluding Saturdays which will be drive-up only. Safety is always one of our top priorities. While we work to gradually return to normal operating procedures, we ask that you follow the following guidelines when banking onsite.

  1. All members are required to wear masks in accordance with CDC guidelines. You will be asked to lower your mask momentarily so that our staff can validate your identity.
  2. To help you keep a safe distance from others, we have marked the floors in the waiting areas for your convenience.
  3. We ask that you come in individually to manage your transactions and leave other family members outside of the lobby area. We will allow one member per service representative at a time with a maximum of three people.
  4. The restroom will not be open for public use. There will be no exceptions

During this time, we ask that shared branch members utilize our drive-up service for the time being. We hope to be as accommodating as possible and will be handling account opening, changes, and loans on an appointment basis only. To schedule an appointment for loans please call 207-933-2667 and request Charlene or Cat, and request Tori for accounts.  We recommend that you use our drive-up and remote services whenever possible.

We understand that you may have some questions and we are happy to answer them. We look forward to welcoming you back to the branch on June 1st. Until then, we hope that you and your families are staying safe and healthy.
